Telegram bots & automation

Bots that sell, notify and automate — payments, admin panels and third-party integrations.

Telegram is where your users already are. I build bots that sell products, automate support and connect to your internal systems — with payments and admin panels included.

Why it matters

01

Where your customers are

In Uzbekistan and across the CIS, Telegram is the default app. A bot removes the install barrier — your service is one tap away.

02

Sales while you sleep

Catalog, cart, payment and receipt — the whole funnel runs inside the chat, with orders landing in your admin panel or CRM.

03

More than a chatbot

Bots are interfaces to real systems: I connect them to your databases, payment providers and internal APIs, not just canned replies.

What you get

  • 01Commerce bots with payment integration
  • 02Notification and automation flows
  • 03Admin dashboards for managing the bot
  • 04Integrations with CRMs and internal APIs

How we'll work together

  1. 01

    Understand

We talk through the goal, the users and the constraints — before any code.

  2. 02

    Plan

A clear scope with honest estimates: what ships first, what can wait.

  3. 03

    Build

Short iterations with visible progress. You see the product grow week by week.

  4. 04

    Ship & support

Production deploy, monitoring and a codebase your next developer will thank you for.

Frequently asked questions

Which payments can the bot accept?

Payme and Click for Uzbekistan, Stripe or Telegram's native payments for international — including invoices and payment-status webhooks.

Where does the bot's data live?

In your own database (MongoDB or PostgreSQL) on your server or cloud — with backups and an export path. You keep the customer relationship.

Can it talk to my existing CRM?

Yes — webhooks and REST integrations with amoCRM, Bitrix24 or your custom system, so orders and leads appear where your team already works.
